5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Natural variations in handmade goods are not defects.

7. Liability

Liable for intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence excluded except for life, body, health.

8. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding CISG. EU consumer mandatory protections apply where applicable. Jurisdiction: Memmelsdorf (business customers).
